Charles D. Soule, a graduate of Columbia Law School,
has been practicing law for nearly ten years. He has lived and worked
in Asia (Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore) and has traveled
extensively. Prior to starting his own practice, Attorney Soule worked
in the New York offices of Ropes & Gray, LLP (prev. Reboul,
MacMurray, Hewitt, Maynard & Kristol). He works regularly with
Cohen & Gresser, LLP and The Law Offices of Gil Ferrer as outside
counsel for corporate and immigration matters. He is a member of the
New York State Bar and the American
Immigration Lawyers Association.
Charles D. Soule earned his undergraduate degree from the University of
Pennsylvania in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, with a concentration
in Chinese language and history.
Irene M. Vavulitsky
is a 2001 graduate of the Fordham University School of Law.
She practiced for eight years in the litigation boutique of
Guy L. Heinemann, P.C., focusing on complex commercial
matters, including contract disputes, securities cases and
suits brought under the qui tam provisions of the
False Claims Act. She has a broad range of experience in
litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as
arbitrations before the AAA and NASD/FINRA. She is admitted
to practice in the courts of the state of New York, the
Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of
New York.
Ms. Vavulitsky has an undergraduate degree in International
Politics from the Georgetown University School of Foreign
Service. She is a native speaker of Russian and is
proficient in French and Spanish. |
